The Kurdish Human Rights Action Group (KHRAG) has published its December newsletter, which includes a round-up of the latest news from Turkey’s recent clampdown on Kurdish political and cultural expression. It is available to download below:
KHRAG has been working to raise awareness of the Kurdish struggle for freedom and human rights since 1997. Founding member and chairperson, Justice Essa Moosa, recently attended the EU Turkey Civic Commission International Conference held in Brussels, where he offered insights into South Africa’s own struggle for self-determination and the end of apartheid.
